Which banks?
Any of the 2,500+ banks the PSD2 provider covers in the EU and UK, Revolut Business and Bank of Cyprus included. Anything else imports from CSV or OFX.
Does it replace my accountant?
No. It removes the exporting, hunting and retyping. Your accountant gets a free seat with the VAT return, proof packets and CFO pack.
Two companies share one card. Can it cope?
That is what it was built for. The company sits on the row, not the account, and one payment can be split across companies to the cent.
What happens above the allowance?
Nothing stops. Usage above 5 accounts, 2,000 transactions and 1,000 documents per company is counted at month end and billed in arrears.
